Narrow Nose Causing Nasal Obstruction [Video]

new video has been produced showing how a narrow, pinched nose causing nasal obstruction is corrected with a nose job. In the vast majority of patients suffering from nasal obstruction, allergy control, septoplasty, and/or turbinate reduction will resolve the nasal obstruction. However, in some individuals, their nose is just very narrow and needs to be wider to allow a larger passageway for breathing to occur.

This video demonstrates how a too narrow nose causing nasal obstruction can be made wider.

This video was created with Dr. Stephen Park who is a Professor and Vice-Chair of Otolaryngology, Division Chief of Facial Plastic Surgery.

This is the fourth of 5 videos that will be created describing the most common rhinoplasty procedures.

The first was nasal hump removal which can be watched here.
The second was the saddle nose deformity rhinoplasty.
The third was the bulbous nose rhinoplasty.

Please keep in mind that although Dr. Chang may have helped produce these rhinoplasty videos, he does not actually perform them.
