The suggested dosage for adults is 1 tablespoon 4x per day for 3-5 days.
For children, the dosage is 1 tablespoon 2x per day for 3 days.
Elderberry juice can be purchased on Amazon and certain health food stores.
Unfortunately, most patients have been ill for more than a week by the time they see me in the clinic at which point it's questionable whether elderberry juice will help or not.
Also keep in mind that much of the research done so far has been on small sample sizes and more needs to be done to determine whether Elderberry Juice truly has any significant clinical benefit.
