Bilateral Lateral Hypopharyngocele (Cervical Esophageal Diverticulum)
Check out the barium swallow which shows a barbell like image. The "barbell" part is the abnormal pouch and is found on both sides.
A paper was actually written about this condition by Dr. Chang.
