new epipen not nearly as nice. it's bulkier, heavier and doesn't fit it inside e-belt.
The new design just sucks! To me it was all about making it cheaper so they can make more money. The new design allow the Epipen to fall out of the tube easily when in a woman’s purse and the blue tab can then get pulled out too. The old design was based on a military specification and was very sturdy. Hopefully Epipen will return to the old design again!
New design is horrible. Not only bigger, but less protection for the device. The new design has flip top that doesn't seal a securely as the old screw top, and it also has sharp edges. I carried the old one in my pocket, this one keeps scratching my hand every time I reach into my pocket. You'd think for a product that is so important to carry with you at all times, they'd think about that when designing it.
we need the old design back!!!! how can small children carry their epipens when they are sooooo bulky and big. And it is recommended to carry two epipens at all times. How unfortunate!!!
