Pages 1-2: "New ENT Brings Hope to Voice Sufferers". Dr. Chang featured in the article goes over the new skills he will bring to not only Warrenton, Virginia, but mid-Atlantic USA. He is one of only a few surgeons in the US who treats Zenker's Diverticulum endoscopically, treats patients with spasmodic dysphonia, as well as utilizes advanced surgical techniques to correct a hoarse voice.
