The New England Journal of Medicine published a case report in June 2010 titled " Glomus Tympanicum " where a woman with a right pulsatile tinnitus is described. The pulsatile tinnitus was due to a tumor called glomus tympanicum. The article includes a picture as well as video . If you watch the video carefully, you can actually "see" the pulsations.
